Training For Health and Longevity
As you age, you’ll need to remain active to maintain physical strength, agility and coordination. This ensures your ability to freely move but also safeguards you from common injury such as loss of muscle control, falls and broken limbs. What is commonly neglected are exercises that train internal strength, regulation of internal systems and energy flow. Through a series of meditative exercises, you can optimize your internal health. When paired with moderate physical exercise, you can be assured that you are leaving no stones unturned when it comes to your future health.

For ages 18 to 50+, this program emphasizes basics in Tai Chi, Qigong meditation and merges the two together before advancing to deeper studies.
